Building Use (Independent Group/Event) — Good Shepherd Lutheran Church

Meeting rooms are available at Good Shepherd for your independent group or event. All requests to use rooms are made on a case-by-case basis. Please use the form below to submit your request to use our building as a meeting location.

For best results, please make your request at least four weeks in advance of your event or first meeting. Room requests are valid from September 1 through August 31 of each year. We ask that you resubmit your room request each August.

Note that rooms are unavailable for request at the following times: the week before Christmas through New Year’s Day, Holy Week, and the week of Vacation Bible School (usually the 2nd or 3rd week in June). Note that exemptions can be made by special request.

It is common for groups to skip holidays or have times they will take a break to allow for vacations. Please use the space below to list any meeting dates you'll be skipping due to some type of conflict or holiday.

Please notify us at office@goodshepherd.com if you don't plan to meet a particular week or your event get's canceled. If there's ever a time that we need to make a room change due to a funeral or other church event, we'll let you know by email or phone call. Please help us by only meeting in your assigned rooms, cleaning-up after your meeting or event, resetting the room to how you found it, and turning off lights after you are finished. A dumpster is located behind the building for garbage disposal. Note that Good Shepherd is an alcohol and tobacco-free campus. Please do not hesitate to contact us at office@goodshepherd.com if you notice anything was broken or needs to be addressed during your time at Good Shepherd.
