The newest of the CFAM ministries or teams is the Minor Repairs Team!  We are grateful to Dick Morawski who has stepped up and assumed   the leadership of the team.

The goal of the program is to help the elderly or families with special needs with minor home repairs.  As you know there is always a leaky faucet, a loose railing or maybe a ramp needed for wheel chair use…smallish items which loom large when they hit.  The Team’s focus will be on these kinds of items which are… or can be… critical to a member’s daily living activities or on-going comfort and protection.

Dick and his team are putting the finishing touches on their Team Charter to achieve good clarity on both their boundaries and their opportunities to be of help to those in need.  Early on they will conduct safety training for Team members to help avoid any issues in that regard.
