Each of these courses is 15 weeks.  The Old Testament Course must be taken as a prerequisite for the New Testam ent Course.  These courses are for those who currently do not have a good working knowledge of the Bible.  These courses are led by lay Kerygma Leaders. Cost: $30, one book for both courses.

This is a group of men and women that meet each Wednesday, 7:30 p.m. in the church library to discuss themes for Christian living and Scripture.  Currently they are studying the book of Romans.  All are welcome anytime.

Usually starts September and January of each year.  Contact Jodi Keith to inquire about dates of upcoming FPU.  The Financial Peace University is a 13-week course that inspires participants to see God at work in all areas of life, including the resources that God has put under our care.  The course is one that focuses on Christian stewardship at its deepest roots and is not an instrument to "sell" any financial instrument or product.  People who have taken this course find that they immediately change their "financial" behaviors that reduce their debts and expenses while maintaining a great standard of living.  It is a great course for young and old.  Please consider joining our FPU Leader Teams for this dynamic time of learning, fellowship and small group discussion.  You may get more information by contacting Pastor Jess, jabbott@goodshepherd.com, 891-1700 x13.  Cost: $90 per kit per family unit participating, while supply lasts.  Otherwise  purchase through FPU website.
